The Richfield real estate area covers just seven square mile of commerical area, parks, and highly-livable neighborhoods. Many of the homes were builty between 1930 and 1960. The Richfield community had been considerably more neighborhoods that were lost to the airport and the Bloomington Central Station, a 43.3 acre mixed-use transit oriented development with residential units, full service hotel, office space and retail stores.
